FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • How much is UK shipping?
    Shipping on all UK orders is free!
  • Do you offer worldwide shipping?
    Yes! All shipping outside of the UK has a shipping cost of £15.
  • Can I track my order?
    Tracking is supplied on only some orders depending on the size. If there is a tracking number I will send this to you on your dispatch email.
  • Do you accept returns?
    If you are not happy with your order please get in touch first. I am happy to accept returns however return postage has to be covered by yourself.
  • How are they created?
    All my prints are lovingly designed, hand drawn digitally and printed.
  • What paper is used for printing?
    A4 and A3 are on 300gsm paper with a matte finish, A2 and A1 are on 180gsm paper.
  • Is your packaging eco-friendly?
    I’ve always been eco conscious in my every day life so when creating art my priority was to make all packaging eco friendly. All prints are printed to order, my paper is made from 100% post consumer waste and fully recycled. A4 and A3 print will arrive in a fully compostable sealed pocket with a recycle cardboard envelope. A2 will arrive in cardboard flat packed which can be recycled and A1 will arrive in a cardboard tube which can be recycled.
